Annual Training

We are committed to continuously improving the quality of our Childcare Academy by providing ongoing professional development in core competency areas and educational opportunities that strengthen our staff’s knowledge, skills, and expertise in early childhood education. Through continuous learning and professional growth, we empower our team to provide high-quality care and support each child’s growth and development.

At Building Blocks Academy, we hold monthly meetings to discuss ways to maintain high teaching standards and continuously improve the quality of care and education we provide. During these meetings, we collaborate on strategies to support children who may need additional assistance, individual attention, and encouragement to build confidence in their daily learning experiences. The Director also uses these meetings to identify ways to better support staff, address their needs, and encourage professional growth.
